AUDLEY Stanbridge Earls
Stanbridge Earls Manor is a Grade II* listed Tudor building with a fulsome history: in it’s lifetime the property has been owned and occupied by Saxon royalty and Florence Nightingale.
This 6-acre development will accommodate 155 new-build luxury apartments and cottages. The manor house itself forms the central hub of the village, accommodating the communal facilities: restaurant, bar / bistro, health club, swimming pool and library.
Our responsibilities include the mechanical, electrical, public health and lift services designs for the entirety of the development. Within the manor house our designs will re-use as many of the existing services as possible. We are also fulfilling an enhanced employer’s requirement and site monitoring role.
The scheme includes a number of sustainable features including on-site photovoltaics, heat recovery ventilation systems and LED lighting throughout.
We continue to act as ongoing client’s representative, monitoring the contractor’s works and witnessing / commissioning on site.
