SVM provide independent advice relating to the management of building services in existing buildings. We have been appointed by clients with responsibility for running buildings and estates, as well as continuing to to provide practical input and advice to our colleagues designing building services for new and refurbished buildings.
SVM is also frequently commissioned to provide advice on building services management by other property professionals, including building surveyors, project managers and increasingly, contractors.
Our commissions range from providing strategic advice at board level to the investigation of specific engineering problems with plant equipment. This advice has spanned a wide range of markets including education, retail, manufacturing, office and public buildings. Our vast experience means we can benchmark best practise from other market sectors but still have an appreciation of client needs in the sector we are working in.
