Finchley Road

This project involves the residential development of a brownfield site and several unoccupied buildings.  The proposed scheme includes approximately 80 high quality apartments and affordable housing units.

Part of the site covers over a section of the London Underground tube line and detailed discussions have been held with LUL in obtaining agreements and finalising the impact of the scheme.

SVM was appointed to provide advice to assist in obtaining planning approval for the proposed development and full design of the M&E and lift services once the agreement with LUL is complete.

The building will incorporate renewables to meet the 20% London targets.
