This 8,000 sq m development is located in South London at Putney Wharf. Brewhouse takes its name from the brewery, which used to be next to the site. This is a prime location by the Thames with excellent views of London.
Brewhouse Street is mainly a mixed housing project of luxury apartments as well as low cost affordable housing. It is a managed development and under-croft parking is provided in additional to normal site security.
SVM has a long standing relationship with St George including working for them at Imperial Wharf and ICL Tower. SVM was appointed to undertake full mechanical and electrical design duties.
