Deloitte LLP - London Campus

The current projects at Deloitte's London Campus are challenging ones. The acquisition of a new prestigious office complex at New Street Square, Fetter Lane has lead to the decommissioning of their old Head Offices at 180 The Strand, with minimum disruption /downtime and with services remaining fully operational at all times.  New services had to be connected into existing IT networks.

The client's aim was to modernise their building environment giving 20 years more life.  The result is a high profile, high tech, highly visible state of the art finished product.

SVM has had a long standing relationship with Deloitte LLP having been appointed for lift, energy conservation and floor refurbishment works for over fifteen years.

SVM was appointed to oversee the move to the new offices whilst assisting with the decommissioning of the old.
