Senior Mechanical and Electrical Engineers
Due to rapid company growth and increasing demand for good professional skills, we are currently looking for Senior Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. Suitable candidates should have sound electrical or mechanical design skills, with a minimum of five years post qualification experience. You should preferably be chartered or working towards charter status. The ability to make a valuable contribution to the design process, coupled with a strong commercial awareness, is essential. Additionally, we are looking for real team players.
These are key roles and provide an opportunity for engineers to increase their skills and experience within a well established engineering consultancy.
In addition to the above, other duties will include:
- Understanding the brief and client's requirements
- Assisting in the financial and technical success of the project
- Developing design proposals at sketch, detail and production stage
- Preparing tender documentation
- Monitoring and reporting on projects progress
- Preparing reports and undertaking site surveys
- Complying with QA
The ability to design to screen using AutoCAD would be a distinct advantage.
